4thekids, if they can grow eps year on year at say 40% compounding (I am hopeful of at least this - but no guarantees) then lets say they meet 2006 full year eps forecast of 0.8 cps as a starting point then we have ...
2006 0.8 cps
2007 1.12 cps
2008 1.57 cps
Now if they can retain such growth rates record and the outlook is say 25% plus eps growth beyond 2008 then there is no way in my opinion that they will be "assigned" a pe of about 12 - 15 like it is now.
So I would say TOX will more than likely have a pe in the 25 to 40 times area - sorry if that is a wide range - but sentiment is an unpredictable thing (look at EMI - traded on a low pe for so long in its recovery and then - bang - took off to near a pe of 50).
So a pe of 25 to 40 at the end of 2008 with an eps od 1.57 cps gives a price range estimate of 39 cents to 63 cents then.
Just an estimate - and things can go wrong,so do your own research.
