I'm trying to get my head around the true "Owner's Earnings" (as Buffett calls it) for this company.

    From the latest report:

Of course adding back share based payments is nonsense.
Depreciation MAY be overstated - but only if it exceeds routine capex (which does seem low given they capitalise development)
The tax and ECL provisions are unique to this industry. What do those who better understand it think?
What's your estimate of true owner's earnings for HY1?

I'd also love to hear any estimates for HY2

    Thank you!
