PS, you're right gift is referring to what you mentioned, in effect they are getting paid and we need to ask ourselves are they doing anything well above and beyond the work assigned to them .. hence loosely a gift (bonus is a way of pushing for well above and beyond?), do we know the triggers to get that bonuses? Do you know the outcome and details of AGM, I can't find the recording? As for the TO nothing is impossible .. unless ... as they say .. someone makes a better offer ..
