if what Chinese deal falls over? The transaction in which they buy a 12.5% stake in the company has completed. It's obviously a possibility that they are part of the funding solution for construction etc but they aren't the only option, I'm not aware of there currently being anything to fall over
In terms of timing I've got no real idea. Hopefully we will hear soon about the schedule for the public hearings which will perhaps make things clearer
