i appreciate it malaga. i was a bit over dramatic. what i should have said is this the end of the perth property boom.
rentals prices in my suburb have fallen from $450 a week to $350 a week. i find that interesting because i know a fair few people are negative gearing in perth and also their is a few interest only loans floating around so a dip in the market could show a few bankruptcies and start the first dominoes to fall...
time will tell.
