A divy of this size indicates cer is in a worse position
than last year when they distributed 1.4 cents per share,
one third of a cent, is a 75 percent drop in earnings.
The only thing that could have altered their earning is if CNP increased their management fees to get more money over to CNP.
I guess we will find out in August.
