    The real facts, property in the USA is like property everywhere, the average house price in San Jose is $900,000, that's about A$1.1m. Other markets like Florida, San Francisco, some area of Texas and New York are also on a tear, the idea that the US property market is lacklustre is incorrect, they're experiencing the same buoyancy as other cosmopolitan western countries like Australia, UK, NZ, and some parts of Europe.
