Clubsharer - you are right and we don't want to see the worst. I am convinced house prices will double in 10 years, absolutely convinced of that! They will not be worth double of todays in real terms though, allowing for inflation they will be much the same , but the world just can not escape the consequences of these bailouts and I choose real estate as my preferred investment. 10 years will see some real inflation problems. Cash in the next year is going to be pauper.
