The gold mining industry as a whole stuggles with rising costs and diminishing grades - NCM bucks the trend on both of these issues.
I guess its now up to senior management to sell the positives - I believe whilst management have been doing an excellent job operationally they could certainly ramp up the selling of the NCM story because its a great story to tell.
