Ask them and get back to us. Get off the soapbox and do something about it, otherwise sending message after message on thread after thread to people who know just as much as you seems pretty pointless and obnoxiously repetitive.
We all know your position very clearly, you have made it very plain to see, you do not need to continously tell us.
While some things you say might be valid questions, we are not the right people to ask, write to the company(I would tend to ask professionally rather than demanding) and ask the people who know.
