Analysis of settlement - value range is 12cps - 16.5cps, page-4

The 1.7c in my analysis includes both the remaining assets AND the $10m cash at bank. I treated the remaining assets as being worth $5m and the cash at bank I discounted by 50% to arrive at another $5m value. I realise that's a pretty harsh / conservative treatment of both, but didn't want to overcook the valuation... TBH I am not sure how much to value the remaining assets at. The company is carrying them on the Balance Sheet at $5.8m & I suspect this is probably a lowball number, I just don't have a clear enough sense as to how lowball that number is...
