Hi all. New to MSB and to HotCopper. Definitely a compelling story for MSB, given the EAP, promising results from other small MSC trials, biological plausibility given it's action in cytokine storms and effectiveness in GvHD. There is also clearly a very enthusiastic group of shareholders in MSB, given the number of posts every day! Some excellent and well informed discussion.
The part that is not making sense to me is how little interest there seems to be from health authorities and media. A lot of other and seemingly less effective interventions are getting a lot more airtime. Also I would have expected there perhaps there may have been some leakage of the positive results by now, for example someone mentioning on social media that their family member was enrolled in a trial and improved very quickly.
Is anyone else surprised by this lack of awareness or discussion in the broader community?
