Nobody is seriously talking about a takeover. Only people who don't understand how the company is structured and what the motivations of the founders are.
If a takeover were within contemplation one would have been tried long before now. Not going to happen.
The company has been seriously undervalued for a long time. The reasons are not well understood. The reality is that the ARDS results will soon be in. Then it really starts to happen. Then more results. etc.
