There are serious safety issue to be observed.
MSB has no known ones, but history tells the FDA to be very careful.
We as investors need patience, unfortunately the victims need time and they do not have it.
As the US death numbers rise there must be consideration by the FDA for emergency use for MSB. Is that a good thing for MSB? Yes.
One possibility also is that Si has been given unofficial approval. This would explain the ramping up of production.
Maybe his unofficial approval is contingent on having enough drug supply to make a dramatic impact for Trump.
Anything is possible in these time.
