I listened to Linda Marbán’s (Capricor CEO) interview with the White House Chronicles. She discusses the benefits of their treatment Cap 1002 as a therapy for C-19/ ARDS and the fact that they managed to cure all 6 patients in their trial. Then she moves to the vaccin they are developing with “exosomes” and she says this is the product she is “really excited“ about... which objectively makes sense: Capricor’s Cap 1002 is far behind Mesoblast’s Rem-L.
So their focus is on the vaccin and an Orphan disease Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Sounds reasonable.
Now the question is: can Mesoblast consider the development of a Covid vaccin in the future?
