Well no it doesn't really help, CJS.

This is hypothetical so it probably doesn't warrant a bucket of sweat right now.

But for the record when you talk 'majority control of the company' and through that control of the IP then I presume you mean 51% of the shares? When you think the recent 200million share transaction appears to be only 'about' 9% of the actual shares (a lousy $10M would virtually buy the lot at current prices) - I was of the view that nobody or no-one would alone even go close to having the other 42% required to make a total of 51%?

So my question was about exploring the share equivalents of the major note holders? I don't mean explain the conversion formula itself - I mean in practical terms I have always assumed that no-one including the major note holders could alone approach a 51% of the 'eventual' shares when all the dust settles.

Maybe LTInvestor can help here as well? I realise the note holders are fun kinda guys that we love having around - but please educate me about their potential future impact? I imagine that in better times we can certainly buy some out, but some may insist on shares instead. So......not that we can do anything about it, but how many damn shares 'might' get added to the pool in 6 months or whatever the date?
