So, what has happenned to the Duchess shares issued in sept? 35,000,000 issued at .004. The listed holding for Duchess has not changed, so it would seem that these shares have all been sold on the market.
Total volume for the month 134,612,605 shares changed hands.
35,000,000 was duchess
27,322,674 were Malco
-----------
62,322,674 - aproximately half of the shares that changed hands.
On one day (22/09) 45,538,018 shares sold. That was what knocked the price down. As you suggested LT, probably Malco for the bulk of it and others followed either with stop losses or traders abandoning the .004 position. I don't think Duchess would want to cause that, they seem to drip feed a few million at a time onto the market trying not to disturb the price oo much.
Around 20 mil changed hands over a few days after the announcement re the $1mil investment at .005 (which still has not been followed through). People who bought up then have cause to be somewhat annoyed. Still, that's the game!
Duchess is still passing on all its issues, as they have been doing for some time. I wonder if their next issue is going to be at .003 and, if they get that price, whether they'll sell them all on or wait a while? Interesting situation.
Those who bought at .003 will do well if the company gets through its financial woes.
