I will look into the three stocks you mention, although I am somewhat time-poor and focused on MST at the moment. Still, your post sounds like getting tangled with Dutchess may tend to play out a certain way?

Would be pleased if you could please provide a brief 'heads up' summary? I would particularly be interested if any of those companies (or other examples) have managed to secure enough alternative funds to ditch Dutchess - and what happened to their shareprice after that?
