You say that you are least interested in what happened 4 years ago.
However, this is the most important thing in the minds of the jealous shareholders of CLQ, ARL, etc. I am sure that several emails would have been sent to ASIC at the time and a hell lot more after the LG offtake and therefore this is being investigated now. AUZ still remains the only one with 100% offtake and a lot of people are not liking this fact.
Everybody knew that he was saying things in excitement which were only verbal but not in written agreement with SKI. The main reason for this is that SKI never complained about the London presentation and they obviously thought that it's normal for Ben to say that. Ben would have hundreds of emails where that valuation figure would have been discussed with SKI. Remember they were planning to buy some 20% shares for $60 or $80 Million. HIs only mistake was he should have not said that figure in presentation in the first place. Instead of saying it and then doing an announcement after realising the presentation mistake. For that ASIC may fine him $5K.
