Good move you have made. Dishonesty is inherited by the next management team. Not came clean and never disclosed "financing failed". LG will walk away from these shameful people. They cannot become friends of the world class company. It doesn't really matter whether the past criminals can be actually punished or not by australian legal system. The share price is the reflection of future. There is no future for the dishonest management.
