Can you address the IRR of 15% and the extreme pricing of cobalt and nickel needed the achieve that rather skinny IRR? yes the prices may be good at the moment but I an led to believe the long term average is used to make finance decisions... every month now the real cost of getting this out of the ground is going up... to build something as simple as a shed you can't get a solid price as steel is jumping up week after week... another major problem is the rest of the board is still there do you think they didn't see what happened and didn't move to protect shareholder wealth... this has to be a lot lower around $15m market cap and not be on the cusp of running out of money to make any money for anyone besides the board new and old... anyway good luck my opinion only
