Politicians respond to greed and fear like anyone else (and the market). So I encourage everyone to email, and hence exert political pressure.

The reason for the policy is they BELIEVE it will win votes. So remind them as a voter that you believe in the resource sector, it will LOSE them your vote, and you are not a resource sector lobbyist - just a swinging voter.

ESG bouncing as we speak. Arrow's strength is VERY interesting today. Wouldn't another bidder, POST this tax announcement, put fire into the sector!
