As posted by others, Tony Abbott has come out strongly and said this super tax proposal will be vigorously opposed by The Coalition.

The RRT is a dead duck politically. It will be lucky to see the end of the week.


And, is it a show stopper? No, of course not. Major projects still go ahead. Even HGO have come out in the media today to say that whilst this proposal is a bad thing, it is not a show-stopper for Kanmantoo.

Major LNG projects in QLD will continue, EVEN IF (and that is a BIG 'if'), this RRT happens... which it won't.
