No doubt, success or failure are fast in social media business. However, I am not sure whether the current PRA management team has enough experience in this new business. Based on current announcement, it does not appear so.

Keep issuing shares and blowing out share capital so quickly at an early stage of new business is really a cause of my concern. Please note- 900million @ 0.001 in lieu of loans and another capital raising for $5m on PRA agenda.

In my view, PRA would hardly have any control on share price if total issued share reaches over 1.5 billion.
