The standy figure was guess work going of what the industry normally has waiting around.
As you pointed out, Len will back AGI with funds a long time before he goes to the market, just look at past records. However, after speaking with AGI, I too believe they need to raise cash before the EOY, which gave me the impretion this order may be bigger than I anticipated.
