Having not had a chance to review what you have posted yet I can't give a definitive answer.

Though I doubt you are wrong based on what you have said and yes the other zones are likely to maybe even give better results.
On face value I'd say you are correct in what you are saying.

Patience is the key here. I think WME is being stretched like a rubber band and will eventually play catch with it's peers.
If the results come in it will have to be revalued or is likely a t/o target. PDN have stated they are still looking at 1 or 2 further aquisitions this year. If not them maybe chinese/russians???

I believe it has the goods as do you. Stay with it and all your patience and research will be rewarded.
