Yes Dex and Rick,there are many of us who are not conventional coal
investors.
For the present we (or at least me) are going to be hanging on to find out what we can salvage via the litigation outcome, and if the Company can indeed monetise some of the coal assets.
I would also like to have confirmed one way or the other the future of the UCG plans.
If Len and Blinderman have severed the ties or been cut adrift,then indeed
this is a company I had no intention of investing in.

Of course, if they can rather rapidly make progress and add substantial value then that is a different and novel circumstance.
