somebody here on HC once said that when the directors were selling huge chunks, it was not a case of alarm bells, but rather just put your shares in the bottom drawer and forget about them as VOC is a great company.
i had a 60K holding at the time, but even though i took a small hit, i sold out as the vibes were bad.
i am now 25 K better off .
the point is this- no big fund wants a bar of VOC. Analyst opinions are a dime a dozen, but if fund managers (5% buyers) have no interest at this deflated SP, then it means that VOC is in the too hard basket .
