Here's a piece from daily reckoning, though I disagree with some of what he's saying:

He focuses mainly on VOC but also the sector as a whole, there's many important facts he's left out including that the customer base keeps growing, as does demand exponentially and VOC's infrastructure gives it an advantage over others mentioned in the piece. Not to mention our fundamentals are still looking strong despite the downgrade. Nonetheless it's an opinion, albeit wrong, but worth a read.
ACCC fight for competition and no doubt they'll take the necessary measures - or compel the government/NBNCo - to ensure access fees are reasonable.
From my understanding, once you hook up to the NBN, you are unable to hook up to ADSL, no doubt ACCC understand this technical limitation. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I read it when looking to check if a property was gonna be plugged into NBN.
