Just an dull period for all of my shares / watchlist ATM. I should be content, as I suppose DULL for a solid business is enough. The reported AUM for AREIT and the Asian REIT indicate some underlying growth over the period (particulary for the Asia REIT, which at long last, is probably approaching breakeven at $42M FUM (it is a much younger fund than the A-REIT).
Add to that, a few acquisitions for Industria and I suppose FUM will be closing in on the $3.0Bn by end of financial year. In terms of what I would like to see. 1) GOZ putting an offer on the table for ADI takeover (though they didn't take part in the recent capital raise, which might be a bad sign). 2) Execs to flat-line salary for a few years after a few years of punchy growth and bonuses. 3) Cost Management (my dream for every business). 4) Some sales of non-core assets in their listed funds, for some ''active return" for unitholders. 5) Huge return of capital to shareholders (10% share buyback, or 4c special dividend would do it).
Anything that you would add to the wishlist Simon?
