Love the discussion here guys. I've had some recent success with these sorts of companies. ARF, RFF, GHC (now bought out as discussed). I really like the quiet achievers.
I also own shares of the two unlisted funds (AREIT and Asian REIT). Where else can you get paid back your own management fee?
Any idea why the run up in price today? Low volume but someone likes the look of this?
