I was going to ask the same. When there were only ~7000 shares for sale (one order at 51c I think) I thought I'd test have far it'd go and put a small sell order in at 55.5c.

I think the lack of volume was because of the lack of sellers. This price hike brought a few sell orders out - so will be interesting how it'll run in next few days.

Maybe a broker report? Investors realising that with low interest rates money will gravitate to REITs? Just guessing.
