The current IO price is hopefully short term only.
Seems the vast majority got their estimates wrong.
It is another example of ST sentiment totally overiding LT fundamentals. The current skitishness of investors means that few can look though the spot pricing , and it seems to be factored into the Medium term and LT pricing.What a fearful market we still live in.
