SiYi receive letter, they think to themselves we know a company here in China who will take this over in a flash. They send back devices as why pay now knowing SBN will get taken over with a large offer.
Then they effectively run Oraline IV and Oraline 8 and everything associated in China and maximise profits and not even have to give SBN 15% and everything else associated.
SBN is no longer and rather its become a Chinese owned company. Dr Sun is Chinese im sure he has a few friends over there and contacts, perhaps reason for his buying.
Nothing is ever as it seems.
Thats perhaps a 1% scenario but just as real as any scenario people want to put out there now.
