Thanks - interesting take, especially around Walyering + SE1 + ragbag of other stuff = 100mn being charatible. Walyering is a relatively short life, but it isn't a 1-2yr field. Not quite sure how 100mn valuation can be considered "charatible" when it's generating 70-80mn per annum and has at least 6 years of field life.
You seem like a busy person so I will leave it at that.
