Nah, if you look at the Appendix 3Ys, you will see their holdings are held in HSBC Custodian Nominees (no 1 on the list from TPD scheme booklet). So the Commsec list is obviously the top 20 beneficial holders. JP and SN did increase their holdings recently too.
