Ox from what I can see Coogee Resources was purchased by PTT Exploration and Production Public (PTTEP), through its wholly owned Australian subsidiary in 2008-2009. I found an article dated 2013 on the PTTEP australian website that very briefly references Coogee Resouces being acquired by PTTEP in 2009.
No idea why the shares are only showing a different holder now.
