Bit confused about erasing the 93PJ 2C in the SE Wagina. We know that SE2/3 missed the secondary target but many explained that the proposed Wagina-1 well was the correct appraisal well to convert that to 2P. If the cost/benefit existed to target 30Pj of 2C at Walyering then you would think it exists for Wag-1? Put it on ice until the review is complete by all means but to wipe it completely from the val seems premature. On what grounds would that be sensible?
From October 2022 - SE1 Wagina Flow Testing. SE1 has proven conventional reservoir in the Wagina at ~4,200m (measured depth) with sufficient permeability to reach a peak initial rate of 35 mmscfd with reservoir pressures in excess of 7,000psi. This is a major exploration milestone for the play as it supports the conventional production potential of this Formation at this depth throughout the region. This potential has been confirmed by NSAI’s analysis and booking of the conventional 2C Contingent Resources
