they already had a questionable flow test result at the wagina that it wouldn't make sense at this point in time to try again to what could be the same result which would really start making management look incompetent. It does make sense to move on to ocean hill as it may build some hype of a new target and new resource. Even if OH is higher risk and they dud there it actually wouldn't look as bad as a double failed wagina flow test.
