    Does it say that ethanol is going up? I read it that way, but I have some difficulty in squinting at the little graphic of a graph.

    Ethanol is most probably going up along with petrol. As, despite the fall in the oil price, Australians are paying as much for petrol as ever. Some sort of squeeze on us.
