Hi wot
You have suggested quite a few times that Strike should sell its interest in WE to a third party. Although that idea may sound appealing, I don't think it is achievable because joint venture agreements typically have pre-emptive clauses, which mean that Gina could just buy Strike's 50% interest at the very last minute for the price offered by the 3rd party.
And of course, that then begs the question: Why would any intending 3rd party suitor go through all the headaches of having to deal with Strike as well as having to declare their interest, only to find they have been left dangling at the altar by Gina who will have ended up with 100% of WE without all the fuss of a TO.
cheers
