That is a loverly summary of what one would expect is happening as we speak.
But from my experience and observations, and supported by statistics, there is a lot of work between a good idea and a good result.
Statistically, this project has very little chance of being completed on time and on budget.
The health of the project is going to take precedence over the health of the share price, as it should do. IMO. J L.
