    I wouldn't do anything with the coal division right now. Not a good time to be selling coal assets. Hold out a little longer and they will get a better return. I just read an article on how the Chinese are bailing out their coal producers right now and they are the largest coal consuming nation in the world.If they truly expect to get close to 300 mil for it, now is not the time.
