The key to getting a decent valuation is sorting the debt problem.
Any bidder is going to have to negotiate a new debt facility or more likely re-structure the existing facilities and that is a v difficult propostiion in current market when you have offshore elnders looking to exit the local market.
The banks continue to be the key player.
