    Following the announcement IDL posted another Foster report reiterating strong buy with a target of 65c.

    A positive mentioned is that IDL has not reported any expected profit downgrades in light of the RSPT. However as could be expected there seems to be some uncertainty about winning new services work locally ... tough to say until we know exactly how the RSPT will be structured I figure.

    Anyone have thoughts on how they think the RSPT will affect IDL specifically??
