    reading through the latest ord minnett analyst report i was interested by the opening statement.

    Industrea Limited (IDL) announced yesterday that it has received a record $35.6m order for its collision avoidance system (CAS-CAM/RF). After market the company also announced a $50m institutional capital raising to repay debt.

    Has Industrea released a reason for the capital raising? It has all rumoured around acquisitions?
