IDL has simply raised $50mill over night to make potential purchases or failing that to take their debt down by $50 Million. We all know the possible major purchase, it simply comes down to price, IDL have already stated it's not a "must have" but it's a fit if the price is right, and history tells us that they make prudent purchases on a reasonable PE, my guess is they will pay $75 Million on a PE of 4.5 .

I am confortable with their debt levels as their EBITDA is still good and they are running on 36 percent EBIT margin based of 360 mill odd in sales is great.

Looking forward to how they best place these funds.
