From experience, companies of QHL size tend to pay such brokerages to do a report, so they can generate investor interests.
Either that, or they have a standing agreement or 'MOU', in which maybe hald a year or 1 year down the road, they will use their services to do a capital raise or some form of institutional palcement/corp. action.
