Emerald Financial have released a bullish report (buy rating) with the key highlights outlined below:

• Record Half-Year Revenue - $7.35m reported for H1 FY21
• RADI Banking License resumed review in March 2021
• Revenue drivers in motion with licences secured and Tier 1 partners signed in sector with high entry barriers
• Novatti payments fully integrated into Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay
• Digital Payments Accelerator driving Visa card issuing platform
• International expansion of Emersion to the United States on track
• $40m post-money valuation of Novatti IBA underquoted in current NOV market cap
• Novatti ecosystem emerging alongside launch of Lifepay app
• Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway patent application lodged.

It is a comprehensive report which covers some of the fintech incubation projects that Novatti are developing which have commenced or are nearing monetisation.

Picking on an earlier thread relating to Rent.com - The only explanation for the recent price action relating to Rent.com is the imminent launch of RentPay, which is happening this month. The market is clearly not picking up on the fact that Novatti have built the platform and will be operating the payments gateway. Along with the 2.5% of the new entity for developing the platform, Novatti will be paid for services provided under the SaaS agreement for 36 months on a rolling renewal basis every year. My understanding is that they have not exercised the option to acquire an additional 7.5% as there would have been an ASX announcement at the end of last month.
