Thanks to management and all cuv employees (and partly the cash back up they brought) this company is still around and has a viable future outlook. The management dont have any direct impact on the sp. What they could do more than only consolidate is to buy more shares. Apparently they dont. both are totally risk averse it seems. The only other remote motion of trust is the conditionial share options they have asked sh to award to themselves. The sh have agreed and CEO and CSO have just expressed their grattitude for that. Indeed it is a motion of trust from the sh to the management to award the conditional share options.
